The Piadineria Calle del Medio 13, born in 2015, from a young Italian couple, Michele and Bea, Tired of the frenetic life they had in Italy. After visiting the Island of La Palma, on an incredible vacation, they decide that this will be the basis of their new life. The young couple thus created the warm atmosphere and the fast and healthy menu of the Piadineria, mixing Italian passion for traditional food and fresh products from the island.
Michele, designer of luxury shoes and fashionable commercial bea, were tired of not having time for themselves and their family.
Today the story of Michele and Bea is successful in the Canary Islands, where they continue to open small family-run establishments with the help of several franchisees.

What is Piadina?
La Piadina is a typical dish of the Emilia Romagna region, in the Northeast of Italy.
The most important part of that specialty is the dough, which is made by hand with flour that can be of different types such as Spelled or Vegetable Carbon, Extra virgin Water and Oil, strictly following the traditional recipe and without additives. Once the dough is prepared, it is flattened and heated slightly and at the end it is filled to the client's taste or according to the suggestions of the friend Michele, Vegetarian or of meat sausages or sweets.
All products such as Flour, Sausages and Cheese are of Italian quality.
